Eagle Lake Water District       
Providing good, clean, safe drinking water for the community of Eagle  Lake.

The Eagle Lake Water District is a non-profit organization.  The seal reads, "Non-stock organization." Reasonable access of water is supplied to our community on the basis of a membership and service fees.

How ELWD is Operated
ELWD is governed by a local board of directors and directed by the
U. S. Department of Agriculture, Mississippi State Board of Health, Mississippi State University Extension Service, and the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality.

Our attorneys are the Law Offices of Teller, Hassell, and Hopson, LLP.  We are insured by the Policy Center, Inc.

Day-to-day operations of our plant is by WGK Engineers, Clinton, MS. Point of Contact is Josh Broome @ 601-925-4444.

Multiple User Violation!!
Please adhere to multiple user connections violations as shown on the User Agreement Lines 8 and 9.  These are regulations set by the MS Dept of Health and the Federal EPA "Clean Water Act".  If you are unsure of the rules please refer to The Residential User Agreement Lines 8 and 9.
