Providing good, clean, safe drinking water
for the community of Eagle Lake.
The
Eagle Lake Water District is a non-profit organization.
The seal reads, "Non-stock organization." Reasonable
access of water is supplied to our community on the basis of a
membership and service fees.
How
ELWD is Operated
ELWD is governed by a local board of directors and
directed by the
U. S. Department of Agriculture, Mississippi
State Board of Health, Mississippi State University Extension
Service, and the Mississippi Department of Environmental
Quality.
Our
attorneys are the Law Offices of Campbell & Edney, Attorneys
at Law, PLLC. We are insured by the
Policy Center, Inc.
Day-to-day
operations of our plant is by Heflin Engineering.
